Hi all; Let me tell you about my self,I've been cooking for about 23years and would like to share some of my recipe's with folks out there and try to make your day in the Kitchen a little easier. If you would like to share a recipe with me and maybe let me put it on the net you can e-mail me at address below. My First Shared Recipe.
You'll need to have 4to5lbs'trimmed beef brisket. dash of salt&pepper to rub of beef.Thenplace in a13x9x2in ungreased pan.Then ad the remaining of 1/2 cup chopped onions,1/2cup catsup,1/4cup vinegar,1tbs.soy sauce and 1 1/2teas.,liquid smoke, and 1 bay leaf.Cover and bake in 325 oven until tender.about 3 hours. Hope you enjoy this one it'll go with just about in starch,rich,pastea,potatoes.
 
My Second Recipe.
This one's for the out door grilling DAD's.Take 1 1/2 to 2 cut chickens and place in a larage bowl,ad salt& pepper to teast a dash of garlic powder&onion powder with this ad 1 16oz.bottle itaian dressing and let set for about 2hours and then grill,......Good luck DAD's
